Booking a 1:1 Retail Coaching packate will mean we go deep on your business. We start off with bespoke in-depth pre coaching questionnaire & prep work that I will email to you to work on.
✓ Initial 1.5hr break through zoom call to go through what you need and to go through the prep work, get you clear on the vision and start discussing your strategy.
✓ Investigative look into your existing business to work on strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. We work through key areas so you can get moving as soon as possible.
✓ We have Fortnightly 60 min calls to keep you on track and moving forward working through what you need to achieve your goals.
✓ I offer Bespoke resources and recommendations based on my experience in the industry.
✓ Video Recordings of our zoom calls that you can refer back to.
✓ Voxer support Monday – Friday – like me in your back pocket when you just want to ask the quick question or need an opinion (Voxer is a voice note app)
✓ Tasks collated in Asana programme to keep you accountable (an online project management tool)
✓ Updated notes from me on our sessions and action plans following our calls.
