Looking back to look forward
We’ll spend some time looking at what worked in your business and what didn’t, what you need to change and what you need to improve. Along with the financials and setting targets.
Future Vision
Set your vision for the business for 2025 what you want to be, do and have and how that can be achieved.
Making it happen
We’ll look at the numbers and you’ll set an overall target for the next 12 months which you will then break down into specific 90 days goals and actions that you need to take to achieve those targets.
The day will be broken into 3 sections, and we will be looking at sales, profit, product and visibility in each one. You will have a workbook to work through to keep you on track. I’ll be working closely with you throughout the day
You’ll be sent some pre work to pull together before the day but don’t worry it’s nothing too complicated it will mostly be your sales data so that we can accurately plan the year ahead

How long will the strategy day last
We will kick off at 10am -4pm with some breaks and lunch in between
When & Where will it be?
It will be on the 29th January in a stunning Central Location in London Location The Standard Hotel. You can check out The Standard here
Can I ask questions during the session
Yes of course I can’t wait to hear your questions it will be very interactive
Will there be any 1-1 time
I’ll be working closely with you during the day but there won’t be specific 1-1 sessions. I will however ask you to fill in a questionaire before the session so I can understand more about your business and what you want to achieve. Also the numbers will be capped at 12 so it will be a small intimate group.
Will Lunch be provided
Yes of course! you can’t create on an empty stomach. You’ll have tea & coffee and pastries on arrival and a buffet style lunch at the Standard.
Is there a workbook?
YES! I love a workbook, you’ll get an editable one before the session that you can print out or work on directly on your screen
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Yes, but don’t let this worry you, It will be some data for you to pull from your sales so we can plan your 2025 more effectively and accurately
