We’ll spend some time looking at what worked in your business and what didn’t, what you need to change and what you need to improve. Along with the financials and setting targets.
Future Vision
Set your vision for the business for 2025 what you want to be, do and have and how that can be achieved.
Making it happen
We’ll look at the numbers and you’ll set an overall target for the next 12 months which you will then break down.
The workshop will be broken down into 3 sections Review & Reflect, Goal Setting & Sales Planning.
You’ll be sent some pre work to pull together before the workshop but don’t worry it’s nothing too complicated, it will be your sales data from 2024 so you can use that as a base to plan the year ahead.
