Reviewing your year and your lessons learnt, what worked, what didn't, what needs to change and what needs to be left behind
Creating a vision of what you want to achieve in 2022, writing down those professional goals and what action is required to achieve them
Identify your key areas of focus for 2022, then creating SMART goals around this.
Time for you to look at your best sellers and your profit margins and create a plan around what's next.
You will also be given access to a budget build spreadsheet which helps you understand what you need to to do in areas of your business to achieve the income you want.

A 1/2 day goal setting and strategy workshop, where you will have support and guidance to help you create your goals and strategies and you create a plan of action to help you acheive them
Where & When is it?
It will be held on Zoom on Friday 21st January 09.30-1pm you will be sent the zoom link before the workshop once the purchase has been made. You will get the workbooks before the session.
Do I need to do any work before the workshop
Spend some time really thinking what you want this year to look like for you professionally. Download your sales data so you understand your best selling months and your best sellers and your profits. This will be detailed in an email after you sign up.
